👮‍♀️ Community Engagement Update

Dear Members,

PCSO 6178 Nicola Russell attended the Long Whatton Primary School Summer Fair yesterday 🌞🎪

The event provided a valuable opportunity to engage with pupils, parents, and members of the wider community, all of whom contributed to a successful and enjoyable day. Nicola spent time speaking with families, offering reassurance, and supporting the excellent event organised by the school.

Such occasions are important in fostering positive relationships within the community. In particular, early engagement helps to build trust and understanding with younger members of the community, encouraging positive connections with local policing from an early age.

Leicestershire Police would like to extend thanks to Long Whatton Primary School for their warm welcome and for hosting such a well-attended and inclusive event.
